The staff showed very nice kindness. They secured reservations and offered helpful directions. the breakfast buffet displayed a good array of fresh pastries and fruits. i enjoyed how the rooms included a safe for valuables and a tea and coffee set. having bathrobes.

the limited english channels on the television were a minor disappointment.

The room was quite cold upon arrival and the conditioner did little to warm it. After three hours, an additional heater was requested and provided, but the bathroom floor remained uncomfortably cold.
