solid stay near st lazare

quiet room helpful staff convenient station

the staff were helpful with directions. my room was quiet, a welcome surprise. the proximity to st lazare station made travel easy.

the bathroom lighting was a little dim for my liking.

very nice kindness fresh pastries safe deposit comfortable bathrobes

The staff showed very nice kindness. They secured reservations and offered helpful directions. the breakfast buffet displayed a good array of fresh pastries and fruits. i enjoyed how the rooms included a safe for valuables and a tea and coffee set. having bathrobes.

the limited english channels on the television were a minor disappointment.

The room had a comfortable bed with good pillows. a hairdryer mirror and toiletries were all provided. the bathroom included a shower and a separate toilet room. It was an excellent setup.

A drinks machine was available in the downstairs lounge . It was free. the foyer felt spacious. This is rare for buildings. the staff also offered luggage storage before check-in and after check-out.

The location is perfect to visit the city. I found everything i needed within walking distance. the hotel is close to gare du nord and montmartre. a supermarket and boulangerie are just around the corner

The staff were quite lovely and very helpful when I asked questions. They let me check in a few hours early because a room was available. The hotel was clean overall!

My standard room felt a bit small for a 4 stars hotel.

the staff answered my questions. they allowed early check-in, i had the room some hours before the stated time. the hotel maintained overall cleanliness. i liked this gesture of good service.

the elevator experienced a breakdown for three days during my five-day stay. garbage was frequently visible on the stairs. this affected the ease of moving through the hotel.

the location was acceptable with metro stations located nearby.

The room was quite cold upon arrival and the conditioner did little to warm it. After three hours, an additional heater was requested and provided, but the bathroom floor remained uncomfortably cold.
